تسويقة أعمال: المتجر أو الحساب ← «حذف حسابي» ← «طلب الحذف».
تسويقة المندوب: حسابي ← «حذف حسابي» ← «طلب الحذف».
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب من المكان نفسه ما دام قيد المراجعة.
حذف حسابك في تسويقة
تستطيع حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت، في تطبيقات تسويقة (العملاء، أعمال، المندوب) جميعها. هذه الصفحة تشرح الطريقة بدون الحاجة لتسجيل الدخول.
Delete your Tasweeqa account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time, in all Tasweeqa apps (customer, Business, Driver). This page explains how, without signing in.
إن لم يعد التطبيق عندك
راسلنا من البريد أو رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك على privacy@tasweeqa.store بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، وسنرد عليك ونتحقق منك قبل الحذف.
ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب
نراجع الطلب خلال مدة قصيرة ونبلغك بالنتيجة.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يُحفظ
- يُحذف أو يُخفى: اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك وعناوينك وصورك ومستنداتك المرفوعة وتفضيلاتك وبيانات الإشعارات.
- يُحفظ: السجلات المالية والتجارية التي يلزمنا القانون بحفظها (الطلبات والتسويات والفواتير)، بعد إخفاء هويتك منها.
- إن كنت صاحب متجر أو مندوبًا بطلبات جارية أو مبالغ مستحقة، نُكمل التسوية معك أولًا.
- بعد الحذف لا يمكن استخدام الحساب، ويمكنك التسجيل من جديد بحساب جديد.
طلبات الانضمام التي بدأتها من هذا الموقع مرتبطة بنفس حسابك، وتُحذف معه.
In the app
Tasweeqa (customers): My account → “Delete my account” → “Request”.
Tasweeqa Business: Store or account → “Delete my account” → “Request”.
Tasweeqa Driver: Account → “Delete my account” → “Request”.
You can cancel the request from the same place while it is being reviewed.
If you no longer have the app
Write to privacy@tasweeqa.store from the email or with the phone number on your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will reply and confirm it is you before deleting.
What happens next
We review the request promptly and tell you the result.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted or anonymised: your name, phone number, email, addresses, photos, uploaded documents, preferences and notification data.
- Kept: financial and commercial records the law requires us to keep (orders, settlements, invoices), with your identity removed from them.
- If you run a store or drive and have open orders or money owed, we finish settling with you first.
- After deletion the account cannot be used; you can sign up again with a new account.
Applications you started on this website belong to the same account and are deleted with it.
